Dough
3 eggs
5 tablespoons grated cheese
1/2 cup (chopped) of olive oil
1 cup (chopped) of milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
9 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Filling
1 egg
1 small chopped onion
2 diced tomatoes, peel and seeds removed
1 cup (chopped) of taro pieces
1 cup (chopped) of green leafy vegetables
1 cup (diced) of mozzarella cheese
to taste

Dough
In a blender, beat the eggs, grated cheese, olive oil, milk, and cornstarch
Mix in the all-purpose flour and yeast
Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown
Add the tomato, taro, and green leafy vegetables
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat
In a greased pie dish, layer half of the dough and top with the filling, then add the remaining dough
Finish by topping with mozzarella cheese cubes
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until golden brown.
