Mix the flour, baking soda (or active dry yeast), salt, and black pepper
Beat the eggs until they froth
Add the buttermilk and melted butter
SLOWLY add the all-purpose flour, beating until a smooth batter forms
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot greased skillet
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown
Flip and cook the other side
Make 26 pancakes
Note: To make buttermilk, combine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with 1/2 cup of milk.
