Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (230°C)
In a medium bowl, place the rapid mix and water
Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface with wheat flour
Knead the dough about 15 times
With a pasta roller, open the dough to a thickness of 1 cm
Cut into slices using a biscuit cutter or the edges of a cup passed in flour
Place on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a distance of about 5 cm between them
Put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
Make about 12 little cakes.
