1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Roll out the pastry and cover the bottom of a 22cm diameter form
2 In a blender, beat the eggs, cream of milk, yogurt, and 100g of grated cheese
3 Mix in the mozzarella cubes and place on top of the pastry
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and bake for approximately 55 minutes or until golden.
