Preheat the oven and place the seasoned pork ribs in a well-greased roasting pan
Cook the pork ribs as you normally would, making sure they don't dry out too much
When the pork starts to brown, add the fresh grapes, raisins, and Porto wine
Continue cooking, occasionally basting the pork with the grape and Porto wine sauce
Serve warm.
