Melt the butter and garlic in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and reserve
In the same skillet, combine the heavy cream and catupiry
Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth
Remove from heat and reserve
Preheat an oven to moderate temperature
Arrange the roasted garlic bulbs in a baking dish greased with butter
Drizzle with cheese sauce and cover with aluminum foil
Bake for about 20 minutes
Transfer to individual plates and serve with rose pepper.
