2 cups of cooked and mashed carrots
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of grated carrot
Salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients and pour everything into a greased mold
Bake in a slow oven, in a water bath, for about 45 minutes or until it's well cooked (use a toothpick, which should come out clean and dry)
Serve very hot.
