3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2/3 cup of chopped fresh parsley leaves with stems
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups of water
zest of 1 orange, grated
1 cup of orange juice
salt to taste
1 cup of uncooked rice
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups of water
zest of 1 orange, grated
1 cup of orange juice

1 cup of uncooked rice
Melt the butter in a saucepan
Add the parsley, green onion, and parsley and sauté for about 5 minutes
Add the water, juice, orange zest, and salt
Let it come to a boil
Add the rice gradually, stirring well
Cover the saucepan
Reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes or until the rice is cooked
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
