1 large can or 2 small cans of white beans
1 can of tuna in chunks or flakes
1 red bell pepper, diced
For the seasoning:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons (of a spoon) of mustard
2 tablespoons (of a spoon) of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon (of a spoon) of cumin
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons of natural yogurt

Drain the white beans and place them in a bowl
Combine the tuna chunks or flakes with the red bell pepper
For the seasoning, mix well the egg yolks with the mustard, lemon juice, and cumin
Add the chopped onions and mix well
Add the natural yogurt and mix until combined
Serve over the salad
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
