6 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 chopped onion
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
500ml of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
200g of mozzarella shredded
100g of parmesan cheese shredded
500g of green beans

Cook the green beans in water, salt, half a tablespoon of butter, and parsley
After cooking, drain and reserve
Heat the remaining butter, add the chopped onion and oregano, and sauté
On low heat, add the all-purpose flour and mix well
Gradually add the hot milk, stirring well to prevent lumps
Let it cook until creamy and season with salt and pepper
Add the mozzarella and 50g of parmesan cheese
In individual ramekins, layer a cream, a layer of green beans, and finally another cream layer
Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown
Serve immediately.
