1 kilogram of cod fillets

1/8 teaspoon of pepper
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of crushed crackers
3 tablespoons of butter

Cut the fillets, if they're too large, into 5 cm pieces or so
Mix in some salt, pepper, and milk
Grease a large, flat baking dish that can hold all the fillets
Dip each piece in milk and coat with crushed crackers
Arrange them in the baking dish and sprinkle the 3 tablespoons of butter on top of the pieces
Place it in a very hot oven (250°C) and let it preheat
Leave it for 10 to 12 minutes
Check if they're done using a fork, then serve hot with some parsley, lemon slices, and capers.
