2 cans of sardines in oil
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 pinch of pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
250g sliced cheese platter or mozzarella, cut by machine
4 slices whole wheat bread
lettuce
8 thinly sliced radishes
1 large lemon, cut into wheels

Drain the sardines
In a small bowl, mash the sardines with 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Add lemon juice, salt, mustard, pepper, and crushed garlic
Spread this mixture over the cheese slices
Roll it tightly from the narrower side
Place on a plate, cover, and refrigerate
Just before serving, spread mayonnaise on the bread, top with lettuce leaves
Cut each roll of cheese into thin slices
Arrange them stacked on the lettuce
Arrange radishes in the middle and serve with lemon wheels
