Cut the chicken breasts in half and remove any bones, if present
Cut each breast into a thicker part to form a pocket
Season with salt and black pepper
Whisk together the butter or margarine, parsley, dill, onion, and lemon juice
Add the breadcrumbs and mix well
Stuff the pockets with this mixture and close with toothpicks
Brush melted butter or margarine over the breasts and bake in a moderate oven, turning to brown both sides, for about 8 times
