2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, cut into rings (100g)
1 medium carrot, cut into rings (100g)
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of water

Season the beef with salt, garlic, and black pepper to taste
Beat the beef a little and cover it with ham
Place mozzarella cheese on top
Sprinkle with parsley and roll up lengthwise
Tie with kitchen twine
Place in a baking dish and brush with olive oil
Add onion, carrot, white wine, and water
Bake in a hot oven (400°F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until cooked through, basting occasionally
To serve, remove the twine and slice into 10 portions.
