Shrimp Sauce:
1/2 kg of shrimp
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 generous tablespoons of ketchup

Brown the cod with oil and butter
Let it cook slowly in a covered pan
Make a white sauce with milk, butter, and wheat flour
Remove the cod from the heat and add egg yolks one by one, mixing well
Add beaten egg whites
Add the white sauce
Season to taste and pour into a greased mold
Bake in a hot oven
Brown the shrimp with butter and chopped onion (2 medium)
Fry the shrimp heads separately with salt and pepper
Add to the browned shrimp
Mix cornstarch with milk and add to the shrimp
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened
Add ketchup and let it cook for a few more minutes
Dismantle the pudding and pour Shrimp Sauce over the top
Serving warm.
