1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
2 tablespoons of cold water
250 grams of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of milk
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green scallion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
8 large slices of cured ham or smoked ham
1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin

Mix the gelatin with cold water
Let it sit for a few minutes
Heat over low heat, whisking constantly, until the gelatin has dissolved
Let it cool
Blend in a blender with the remaining ingredients, except the ham
Spread over the slices of ham
Roll up and arrange on a platter
Garnish with parsley and tomato slices.
