2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
1 tomato, sliced
1 chopped lettuce leaf
8 slices of smoked turkey breast

Assemble the bread slices
Spread light mayonnaise on one side of two bread slices and on both sides of another, then place them together
Place a tomato slice and chopped lettuce on top of the first bread slice
Add the mayonnaise-topped bread slice, followed by smoked turkey breast slices, finishing with the last bread slice
Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces and serve
