Remove the sardines from the can and place them on a plate
Combine the lemon juice and mayonnaise
Mix very well with a fork
Tear those medium-sized, round salted crackers
Spread the filling over the crackers and garnish with a slice of stuffed olive
Arrange on a flat plate and serve.
