Preheat the oven to low temperature (120°F)
Place the popped corn in a large, 10 cm deep form
Put it in the oven to keep warm
In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter or margarine and mix with the Parmesan cheese
Remove the popped corn from the oven and drizzle with the cheese mixture, mixing well
