Fry the bacon until crispy and golden
Break the bacon into pieces and mix with ricotta, garlic, pepper, onion, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and milk
Cover and refrigerate for about 2 1/2 cups
Serve with crackers, fried potato, or even salad and carrot sticks for those on a diet.
