Preheat the oven to high temperature (220°C)
Pierce the flour and baking soda into a bowl and add the butter
Mix until you obtain a crumbly mixture
Add the sugar and mix
Add the milk and mix

Dust a surface with wheat flour and place the dough
Knead until it becomes homogeneous
Roll out to a thickness of 2 cm
Cut the dough into circles of 4 cm in diameter
Place the biscuits on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the bottom is lightly golden
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack

To serve, cut each biscuit in half and if desired, fill with butter, strawberry ice cream, and whipped cream on top.
