Cut the Peruvian ham into fine sticks. Reserve
Spread the light mayonnaise over the black bread and arrange the reserved ham sticks on top, leaving a gap to place the radish
After washing and soaking the radish in water with vinegar
Drain and cut it into very thin slices
Place them along the edge of the black bread above the ham sticks you left reserved
Finish by garnishing with green onion rings.
