6 hamburger buns

1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 large onions, sliced thickly

Mix well the ground beef, onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste
Divide the mixture into six portions
Spread butter on a flat surface and shape each portion into a patty
Form each patty into a hamburger shape
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
Fry the hamburgers until golden brown on both sides
Keep them warm
Caramelize onions
Separate the onion slices
Heat plenty of oil over high heat
In a bowl, mix milk, flour, yeast, and salt
Pass the onion slices through the mixture
Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels
Cut the buns in half and spread butter on each half
Fill with hamburgers and caramelized onions and serve.
