8 French bread rolls, crumbled
1 cup (American) of olive oil
1 head of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of oregano
Salt to taste

Crumb the bread into a shallow dish just large enough to hold it
Mince the garlic and sauté it in the heated olive oil until fragrant
Add the crumbled bread and let it toast, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
Be careful not to burn it
Remove from heat and season with oregano and salt
Stir with a wooden spoon until cooled slightly
Serve as an accompaniment to meats, fish, or rice and beans.
