5 cups of all-purpose flour, approximately
1 egg yolk for brushing
Filling:
150g of lean prosciutto, fat-free and sliced
150g of mozzarella cheese, sliced

Mix the yeast, eggs, milk, salt, and margarine in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms and divides into 20 equal parts
Shape into balls, cover with a cloth, and let rise until double in volume
Open each ball into a rectangle and place one slice of prosciutto and one slice of mozzarella cheese inside
Mold the bites and arrange them on a greased baking sheet
Let rest for 10 minutes and brush each pastry with the egg yolk
Bake in a medium oven.
