Dough
2 packets of active dry yeast for bread
1/2 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of oil
500g all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks for brushing
Filling
300g ground beef
1 tablespoon of light margarine
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of all-purpose flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Dough: dissolve the yeast in a bowl with warm water
Add the baking powder, salt, oil, and flour gradually
Knead with hands until a homogeneous dough forms and let it rise until doubled in volume
Filling: heat the margarine and sauté the onion
Add the tomatoes and vinegar
Stir and season with salt and pepper
Add the ground beef and cook until all the liquid is absorbed and the filling is loose
Add the flour and stir for five minutes
Set aside
On a smooth, floured surface, roll out the dough
Cut the dough into desired shapes and fill each portion with some of the cold meat
Close the pastries well and let them rise for another 15 minutes
Brush with egg yolks and bake in a medium oven until golden brown
