Mix the vinegar, honey, mustard, olive oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Reserve
Place the green beans on a skewer
Submerge the skewer in boiling water for 1 minute and then immediately remove it
Cool the skewers in an ice bath to stop cooking
Wrap each pineapple chunk with a green bean
On each skewer, alternate four pineapple chunks and three shrimp
Place the skewers on a grill or baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Baste frequently with the reserved glaze
Serve 8 skewers
Note: This skewer can also be made just with pineapple and shrimp.
