Cook the lobster in salted water, split it open along its entire length, remove the meat from the chest and legs, reserving the shell
Next, make a roux with butter, tomatoes, chopped onion, salt, and pepper, then add the lobster meat, some mushrooms, and shrimp
Fry everything else for a bit more
Combine 1 cup of milk that has been mixed with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and let it thicken
Remove from heat and add 2 egg yolks
With this mixture, fill the lobster shell, dust with breadcrumb and butter; bake in a hot oven to toast.
