1 diced onion
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 diced tomato
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can of heavy cream
Salt to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion until it's translucent
Add the beef and season with salt
Brown the beef on all sides, then set aside
Add the mustard, ketchup, cayenne pepper, and diced tomato
Simmer to form a thick sauce
If needed, add warm water slowly
When the sauce is thick and the beef is tender, add the mushrooms and heavy cream
Stir for 1 minute and remove from heat
Serve immediately.
