3 anchovy fillets, minced

In a pot, heat the olive oil, thyme, garlic, and anchovies until golden brown
Add the tomato puree and cook over low heat for 5 minutes with the lid on
Add the oyster gray and beef broth
Season and let it simmer
Add the soup mix and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente
