300g of onions
225g of grated cheese
125g of pork
1 cup of dry white wine
1 1/2 liters of beef broth
25g of wheat flour
100g of butter or margarine
a pinch of pepper
300g of onions
225g of grated cheese
125g of pork
1 cup of dry white wine
1 1/2 liters of beef broth
25g of wheat flour
100g of butter or margarine
a pinch of pepper
Brown the finely chopped onions in butter or margarine
Sprinkle with flour and pepper, stirring well, adding beef broth as needed (can be made with concentrated beef cube)
Add the white wine and let it simmer for a minute
Slice the pork into thin strips and dry them in the oven
In a pie dish, layer onions, cheese, and pork
Pour the contents of the pot on top and bake for 30 minutes
Note: some people use water instead of beef broth, but it's logical that with beef broth the flavor is more savory and refined.
