Place the seasoned flour in a plastic bag
Add the chicken pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat evenly
Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken until browned on all sides
Transfer to a baking dish
Add the remaining ingredients, cutting the tomatoes into pieces
Pour the red wine over the top and bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is tender
