Combine your preferred broth with orange juice
In a baking dish, place the turkey along with the sauce, allowing it to cook for 15 minutes
Let it cool
Cut the turkey into thin slices and reserve
Transfer the leftover sauce from the turkey to a pan, simmering it over low heat until reduced by half, and add the peppers
Place the prosciutto slices on paper towels in a plate and microwave at high power for 2 minutes, until crispy
Assembly:
In a refrigerator-safe dish, interleave slices of turkey breast, kinkan oranges, and crispy prosciutto
For a different presentation, assemble in pyramid form
Heat it in the oven and serve with orange-pepper sauce.
