Bring to a boil and then reduce heat when steam starts to release
Let cook for 1 hour
Turn off the heat, reserve, and let cool
Season the pork ribs with 1 clove of garlic, salt, and black pepper
Fry the seasoned pork in hot olive oil until cooked and golden brown. Reserve
In the same pan, fry the remaining garlic until golden brown, then add to the bean mixture along with 3 cups of water
Add the pork ribs to the bean mixture and stir well
Simmer for 15 minutes
