4 slices of white bread without crust

to taste salt
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 layer of onion
1 can of drained tuna

Grate the white bread into small pieces in a blender
Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed for 20 seconds
Place in 6 individual silicone muffin cups, greased and bake in a preheated oven (170°C) for approximately 1 hour, or until the toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool for 6 portions.
