1 1/2 cups cooked beef, cut into strips
1/4 cup butter
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 large onion, cut into cubes
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 tomato, diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped parsley

Melt the butter, then add the celery, onion, and green pepper
Cook until the vegetables are tender
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more
Add the Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, beef, tomato, and eggs
Stir well to combine
Simmer the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have melded together
About 5 minutes before serving, break the eggs into the mixture and stir quickly to distribute them evenly
Add the parsley and serve immediately
