In a large skillet, combine the pork meat, onion, butter, tomato, and garlic
Bring to medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is tender (about 5-7 minutes)
Add the rice and stir
Cook for an additional 5 minutes
Add the water and stir well
Reduce heat, cover the skillet, and cook for 10 minutes
Remove the lid and cook, stirring frequently, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender (about 15-18 minutes)
Season with salt and white pepper
Serve hot.
