In a baking dish, combine the lamb shank, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, English-style gravy, and water
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap leaving a small opening and bake in medium heat for 20 minutes
Flip the lamb shank and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until tender
Paste the lamb shank onto a serving plate and slice it into portions
In the baking dish with the lamb's juices, mix together the white beans, green beans, and scallions
Cover and bake for 2 minutes more
Serve with the lamb shank
