1 pork loin, about 1 kg

Cut the pork loin into two parts
Season with salt and pepper and marinate with lemon juice
Coat in all-purpose flour
Melt the butter and sear both pork chops on both sides
Remove the pork and caramelize the onion and garlic in the remaining fat in the pan
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Put the pork back into the pan
Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 4-6 hours
