1 kg of pork
2 1/4 cups of water or beef broth, hot
1 tablespoon of salt
1 bay leaf
2 cups of cooked carrots
5 small onions, cooked
1 package of dough (see previous recipe)

Cube the pork and brown it in fat
Add the water, salt, and bay leaf
Cover and simmer over low heat until the pork is tender, for approximately 1 hour
Thicken the sauce with a little flour dissolved in a little water
Combine the carrots and onions
Pour the mixture into a pie dish and cover with dough
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serves 6.
