4 large potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
400g ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 can of cream without serum
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
4 tablespoons potato flour
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 large potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Wash and cook the potatoes with their skins, but not too soft
Reserve them
In a pan, heat some oil, sauté the onion until golden brown, then add the ground beef and cook until well done
Season with salt and black pepper
Add tomato sauce and let it simmer for 5 more minutes
Turn off the heat and mix in the cream without serum
Cut each potato in half, leaving a 2cm border on either side
Fill with the sauce, cover with shredded mozzarella cheese, potato flour, and sprinkle with parsley
Put in the oven to bake for approximately 10 minutes
Serve immediately
