Cook the rice as usual
Grind the beef twice and prepare a good sauce with plenty of tomato extract, onion, parsley, small onion
Add the sauce to the rice
Next, add the grape, salami or prosciutto, and pecans
Set aside some pecans for garnish
Add croissant crumbs and grated cheese
Shape the rice into a decorative form with peas, pecans, and green olives
