Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and onions
Let it marinate for about 2 hours
In a pot, combine the tomatoes, water, and a pinch of salt
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let cook for 10 minutes
Open the lid and let the mixture cool slightly
Blend the tomato mixture with some liquid in a blender or food processor. Reserve
In another pot, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the olive oil, bacon, and paprika
Cook until the chicken is golden brown, stirring occasionally
After that, add the chicken to the sauce and simmer for a few more minutes until cooked through
Finally, stir in some chopped parsley and chives
Serve hot.
