1 crushed clove of garlic
2 cups of cooked rice (use leftover rice from the previous day)
3 lightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Grease a baking dish well with butter or margarine
In a pan, melt the remaining butter
Add the onion and fry until slightly browned
Mix in the remaining ingredients and season to taste, with salt and pepper
Place in the prepared baking dish, cover, and put in a moderate oven (170°C) that has been preheated
Roast for 25 minutes
Let it rest for 4-5 hours.
