1 pork loin, 1-2 kg

Place the seasoned pork loin with salt and pepper in a roasting pan
Cover with some margarine cubes
Roast for about 50 minutes
Mix together the quince jelly, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce
Simmer it down
Let it rest
Cook slowly for 2 minutes
Coat the pork loin with this mixture
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and roast in the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until tender
Serve 4-8 portions.
