1 pork loin, approximately 1 1/2 kg

Open the pork loin like a filet mignon
Pound it slightly to flatten
Season with salt and black pepper
Fry the onion in butter or margarine for about 2 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Spread over the meat
Roll up and tie with kitchen twine
Place on a greased baking sheet
Put it in a moderate oven (180°C) and bake until cooked through, basting occasionally and turning at least once to brown evenly
Serve 4-6 people.
