4 sweet potatoes, peeled

Cut the sweet potatoes into slices and lightly coat them with honey
Sprinkle with ground cloves and fry them over low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes
There is no need to add more honey
Flip the sweet potatoes and add the Damascus rose water
Cook for another 10 minutes, uncovered, until they're tender
Serve in 4 portions.
