2 pears (300 g)
2 tablespoons of pear gelée
4 tablespoons of toasted and chopped almonds, hazelnuts, or cashews

Cut a quarter off the top of each pear and remove some of the seeds
Also remove a bit of the pulp
Mix the gelée with the nuts and fill the cavity of the pears
Replace the cut top and wrap each one in aluminum foil
Steam for about 20 minutes or until the pears are tender
Serve warm.
