1 cup cooked macaroni type lacinho
1/2 cup finely chopped racula
1/2 cup dried tomato picado (scalded)
1/2 cup water
1 tablet of chicken broth
1 mashed garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Maggi seasonings and salt to taste
1 cup cooked macaroni type lacinho

Place all ingredients in a pan, except the cooked macaroni, and sauté the garlic, tomato, chicken broth, racula, and seasonings until well combined

Add the cooked macaroni and stir gently

Simmer on low heat for five minutes to warm through

Serve hot and sprinkle with grated cheese.
