In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the onion until it's golden brown
Add the green pepper, tomato puree, and stir until it's soft
Cook the sausages separately, drain them, and cut them into slices
Add the sausage mixture to the sauce and season with salt
Stir delicately
Cover the skillet, turn off the heat, and reserve
In another skillet, cook the instant pasta according to the package instructions
Drain and mix it with the sausage and pepper sauce
Sprinkle chili powder and serve immediately.
